Bushfire Recovery at Badja
With more than 1,300 images, this 300+ page book is a meticulous and fascinating record of how the flora and fauna on Paula Boer’s property, Badja, in New South Wales are recovering from the devastating bushfires of January 2020. The book is divided into kingdoms (animals, plants, fungi, bacteria and protozoa) and documents more than 600 species.
Printed by IngramSpark in hardcover, Bushfire Recovery at Badja is an extraordinary example of citizen science at its finest and will be a valuable resource well into the future. It was a pleasure to work on.
